Hallo!
Maniškis volveklis jau Lietuvoj! Tad, ko gero, pats laikas pakurti temą ir dalintis įspūdžiais Pradžiai keleta nuotraukų ir šiek tiek kaip sekėsi viskas vos nusipirkus. Raudau mašinos skelbimą Ebayjuj Vokietijoj. Susiskambinom, susitarėm, kad atlėksiu apžiūrėti. Na kadangi mašina jau mano, tai vadinasi nenusivyliau. Šeiminkas turėjo gana gerą garažą su keltuvais ir pan. Buvo galima viska patikrint, o svarbiausia man žinoma buvo įvertint kėbulo supuvimo lygį. Įvertinęs, kad kėbulas puikios būklės, kaina tinkama ir maža rida (88500 km) ir nusprendęs, kad greičių dėžė neturėtų šiuo momentu būti esminis faktorius, po savaitės jau variausi Volveką pas save. Graži diena buvo važiuojant Bavarijos keliukais Besivarant atgal (kažkur apie 300 km), pagaliau išlindo ir pirmos bėdos. Valio ) Pradėjo gest motoras, tiksliau jei minkai gazą tada ok, gali palaikyt, kad dirbtų, jei laikai pastoviai numynęs arba atleidi, užgęsta. Pradėjau žinoma nuo karbo tikrinimo. Pasirodo vokiečiai irgi "chaltūrina", vietoj normalios popierinės tarpinės, karbo korpuso dalys užsandarintos buvo hermetiku, kuris atplyšo gabalais ir užkimšo vieną iš žiklerių. Išsivaliau, pasidariau tarpines naujas, dar pakeičiau keletą kitų smulkių detalių atkeliavusių su repair kit'u karbui ir liuks! Padėjo, galima vėl važiuot. Prieš pat naujus užkėlėm volveklį ant traliuko ir išmaudėm jau Lietuviškam sniege O toliau, reikės tvarkyti rankinį ir mėgint iš naujo technikinę praeit, nes visai nebestabdo. Po greitos apžiūros, rastos užstrigusios traukutės prie būgnų. Gal kas turi patirties šitam modeliui perrinkti stabdžių sistemą gale? Na va, pradejau tvarkytis rankini stabdi, del kurio neduoda man technines. kKa pavyko surast, tai kad trosai juda, nepastrige, bet pacios kaladeles bugno viduj, stovi vietoj. Issardziau kol kas viena sona ir meginu ziuret kas ten negerai. Gal kas zinotumet, ar ta trauke desineje, kuri buna sujungta su su stabdziu trosu, turi sukinetis per raudonai apibrezta asele ar ne?

Ole ole . Laikas turbut pasidalint mintim ka as noreciau toliau daryt su savuoju volvekliu. Situacija tokia: turiu puveka 360 su B200E varikliu ir mechanine transmisija, antra masina kaip jau aisku: 340 su CVT transmisija ir geru kebulu. Ideja - daryti swap'a, ir tureti manuala su geru kebulu ir dziaugtis kai ateis vel ziema galbut ateity ir daugiau galios su kitu volvo varikliu. Taigi va, tikiuosi patarimu kaip susiplanuoti ir atlikti toki darba. Galbut zinot kas yra ka panasaus jau tokio dares?
Zemiau, copy/paste is volvo300mania.com forume, kur mane konsultuoja siuo klausimu vienas olandas atlikes jau keleta tokiu butent swapu ir nemazai kitu projektu, gal bus idomu perskaityt ir pakomentuot. "i'll go for the complete summary but there are a few variations to it: - battery, the battery of the 340 is where the airfilter sits on the 360; you can keep it there if you mount a open air filter directly to the AMM and make new cables for the startermotor and alternator. - fuel tank, you can adapt the 340's tank to injection (Adam 340GLT on this forum sells bolt-in intank pumps) or use the 360's saddle tank - rear axle, the 360 has 9" drumbrakes and the 340 has 8", if you just drive normal everyday traffic leaving the 340's axle is fine but if you also like driving a bit faster then it is strongly reccomendable to swap the 360's rear axle over aswell; it's all out of my head so i might forget some minor things, the biggest/hardest things are definatly written down but you might still run into some minor issues start with the 340, first find out wich wires are for the reverse lights in the connector that is near the CVT gear lever in the car (top of my head white and white/black, not sure!) there are 2 for the reverse lights and will later need to be wired to the switch for the manual gearbox. take the engine+complete exhaust and transmission out. remove everything that is CVT related in the engine bay (the EMV valve, declutch valve + all vacuum hoses etc.) and remove the complete engine bay loom. last thing to remove are the rear engine mounts (3 bolts each to the subframe) and the front engine mount beam. remove the cvt's gear selector in the car leaving a hole in the transmission tunnel now you prepare the 340's shell for the 360 drivetrain, first you copy the dimensions of the 360 engine mount bracket holes to the 340's chassis beams. as i mentioned in a earlier PM you can mount them in various ways including welding them on but bolting them down is the best method though this requires cutting the chassis beams open and later welding them shut. inside the car you remove the engine ECU (located above the transmission tunnel, under the dash) and it's earth wire and pull the connector out into the engine bay. remove the airfilterhousing, AMM, viscofan, radiator shroud, coolant hoses, vacuum hose that goes to brake servo(pull it out of the break servo), fuel lines, kinglead and TDC sensor from the engine. now disconnect the engine loom everywhere but on the engine (also take the fusebox that is behind the battery along, this has the fuse for the fuel pump and front fog lights), remove the exhaust up to the manifold, remove the flywheel guard under the engine and remove the bolts in the bellhousing, remove the beam that on a 340 supports the front of the engine (on a 360 it doesn't) remove the engine mounts and move the engine slightly forward till the torque tube shaft clears the clutch; now you can lift the engine out of the engine bay. the beam you removed of the 360 bolts directly to the 340 body fit the stabiliser bar again, you also have to copy the location of the fuel filter, AMM and Renix unit, for the Renix i would drill 2 holes in the 340 body, for the AMM i would make a new bracket or cut it out of the 360 and weld it onto the 340 body remove the rear bench of the 360 and note the 3-pin connector (and possibly another 2pin one), these are fuel pump (and fuel tank sender), remove the entire loom bit completely, i believe it is the same loom as the rear lights etc are on, swap it over to the 340 so you have the fuel pump wiring ready. remove the rear axle including the leaf springs, remove the handbrake cables at the drumbrake side, drain the fuel tank and remove the hose that goes from one side of the tank to the other, take the plastic hoses out of the left chassis beam so that the whole fuel system is hanging on the rh side of the tank. remove the gear lever stick at the gearbox side, and remove the securing bolt that is on top of the bellhousing holding a bracket for the gear lever. now you can unbolt the transmission (with the 4 bolts on each far side of the bracket) and remove it completely, with the transmission/torque tube removed you can remove the gear selector mechanism. copy the locations where the transmission bolts to the underside of the 360 and make it under the 340 (similar style to the engine mounts) now you can remove the handbrake cable mechanisms and the saddle fuel tank and weld the fuel tank straps under the 340. now in reverse order fit the handbrake mechanism cables and saddle fuel tank under the 340, mount the complete gearbox/torquetube/bellhousing, fit the 360 rear axle, fit the engine and engine mounts, exhaust, connect everything up and you're allmost ready to go in the 340 cvt's fusebox there are 2 black relay's, in the 360's fusebox one of those is replaced with a goldcolored bridge; fit this into the 340's fusebox. (the relay is for the CVT starting security, so you can't start the car in D or R) that's pretty much it, if you need precise help/advice on how to remove engine/transmission etc; it's also quite well documentated in the Haynes and other manuals; you can download those on the technical information part of the forum don't forget, it's a lot of work; you're literally taking 2 cars apart before you get everything back together. i do it a lot quicker but if you never done this before it's easaly 2 full weeks of work" Tai dabar tikslas mano pasidaryti sitam darbui orientacini biudzeta. - reikia patarimo. Kaip tvarkingai sutaisyti sita skyle? Buvo cia isuktas antenos laikiklis su medvarsciu... Galbut uztektu pragrezti su kiek didesniu graztu ta skyle vel, ir uzkimsti raudonu plastmasiukiu kokiu? Pries tai dar padazius dazais krastus metalo.
